We’re hiring for our barista team in the café!
This position includes making coffee, serving pastries, and maintaining the café space in NoPo. We’re looking for people who have a desire to serve our neighborhood through extraordinary hospitality.
No prior coffee experience required - we’ll show you the ropes!
Starts at 25 - 30hrs per week.
Must be available to work weekends.
Bakery
📍 Saint Helens / Roastery
We’re hiring for our kitchen team!
Our kitchen is located in Saint Helens, OR, and the position includes baking/prep, and delivering baked goods to both cafés.
No prior baking experience required.
Starts at 15 - 20hrs per week.
Must be available to work weekends.

“Cathedral as a whole has been such an instrumental part of my life. It has brought numerous friendships, grown me in countless ways, and simply brought so much joy to my life.
“Stepping into the kitchen has shown me a joy for baking that I never thought was possible. The thought of baking in a commercial kitchen can sound overwhelming, but to me it’s really like walking into my kitchen at home. It’s so rewarding working with my hands and knowing that I’ve accomplished all the tasks of that day.
“As the Fall season is coming, we are looking to hire someone who has the desire to bake and be a part of our team.
“There can be a hesitancy about being a baker since bakers usually start the day at 3am, but here at Cathedral we start our bakes at 6:30am.
We aren’t looking for professionals, just someone who loves to bake.
